Das Sliders will offer a two-bite burger for every taste with an all-beef burger; Cuban-style pork burger; and Impossible sliders – an all-natural, all-plant burger.

German beers will pair perfectly with offerings from Hops & Handhelds, including bite-sized Reuben croquettes, soft pretzel sticks with bacon beer-cheese dip, and mac and cheese fritters. Tavern will bring a new spin on fish and chips, and Kebabs will offer seared skewers of chicken, beef, kielbasa, and vegetables.

Fresh fare can be found at Seasonally Inspired, like watermelon with heirloom tomatoes and feta in a summer salad; beets roasted and tossed with pecans, goat cheese, and balsamic vinegar; and duck glazed with sweet and spicy gochujang and peaches.

Over at The Best of the Wurst, traditional German handheld “fast food” will get a new twist with currywurst – knockwurst, fresh caraway slaw, and curry ketchup on a pita; bratwurst – spiced German sausage on a pretzel roll; and schnitzel – think pork cutlet fried and topped with Swiss cheese and mushrooms on a pretzel roll.

Guests can enjoy the best of everything with a Bier Fest Sampler, which comes in quantities of five or ten samples, and start at $29.99. Pass Members can purchase an exclusive 12-item Sampler for the same price.
